SHIFT is a somatic movement practice guided by music and grounded in presence. The experience moves through waves of energy, with moments that rise into powerful, highly activated peaks and others that settle into something more soft, steady, and spacious. Through guided, music-driven movement, you’ll move continuously, building intensity at times and slowing down at others. The movements are simple and repeatable, allowing the body to drop in, stay with the rhythm, and fully commit to the movement. At times, the group comes into sync, moving together in a shared pulse that builds connection and momentum.
As the class unfolds, the experience deepens, and movement becomes more fluid, internal, and trance-like. Each session is a unique journey, shaped by shifting levels of intensity that invite you to both build energy and let it go, while moving alongside the shared energy of the group.
