Description

Sync is a somatic movement practice that bridges individual exploration with collective rhythm. Through a channeled sequence, you’ll drop into trance-like states, moving to the beat of your own heart while syncing with the energy of the group. Experience a class that connects you back to yourself and embraces the language of the body. Bypass the noise of the mind and tap into a profound state of flow. Open to all. No experience needed.

Sync was originally created by Julia and Rudi, founders of HUMANHOOD.

Sync

Release & Liberation

Shaking is one of the body’s most primal tools for self-regulation. Animals naturally shake after stress to reset their nervous systems. In SYNC, this ancient mechanism is reactivated, allowing stuck energy, tension, and emotional residue to move through and out of the body.

Why it matters: Trauma and stress often become frozen in the body. Shaking helps us discharge what’s been suppressed, restoring flow and vitality.
Connection & Coherence

SYNC is not just a solo journey, it’s collective. We feel each other’s breath, bounce, and rhythm. Moving in sync with others builds somatic empathy, dissolving the illusion of separation and activating a shared field of resonance.

Why it matters: Community movement fosters a sense of belonging and attunement. When we move together, we heal together. The nervous system responds to co-regulation—it softens, opens, and feels safe enough to expand.
Trance & Presence

Entering a trance state through rhythmic movement quiets the thinking mind and invites deeper layers of awareness to surface. As repetition takes over, the body becomes the anchor, allowing participants to slip into a meditative state where time stretches and the present moment becomes vivid.

Why it matters: In a world of overstimulation and mental noise, trance states offer rest, nervous system regulation, and access to intuitive wisdom that lives beneath the surface of thought.

Do I need to be a dancer?

Not at all. No dance experience required—just bring your body and willingness to move how you feel.

Will I feel out of place if I don’t know the moves?

There are no right moves. This isn’t a performance or is there any choreography—it’s a guided journey of embodied presence. Everyone’s expression is welcome.
