Welcome to Cellevate’s Contrast Cave, featuring a large 10-person cold plunge and jacuzzi, together with a 20+ person infrared sauna. Enjoy custom natural soundscapes as you flow freely between our pools and sauna for up to 60 minutes. Recharge the body, calm the mind, and deepen your connection to self and community.

Ascension is designed to leave you feeling calm, clear, energized, and happy — all at once. This class is offered daily to support  your well-being  and send you back into the world at your best, recharged and ready for anything.

Note: If this is your first time taking Ascension, you must arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to receive guidance from your facilitator. For all future sessions, you can simply arrive, relax, and drop into the experience.

A deep, 90 minute breathwork and integration experience tailored to your needs.  Whether releasing emotions, clearing blocks, or accessing insights, Transform is the space for it. You will be guided  into expanded states of awareness where healing, clarity, and inspiration unfold, all while being safely held and supported by our experienced somatic facilitators.

Note: This class is offered twice per week in the evenings to allow for slow and intentional integration after your journey.

Sync is a journey of deep embodiment and connection that bridges individual exploration with collective rhythm. Through a channeled sequence, you’ll drop into trance-like states, moving to the beat of your own heart while syncing with the energy of the group.

No experience needed. Come as you are, move as you feel, and sync into the flow.
