Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To provide the best service and availability to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

1. Class and Booking Cancellations: You may cancel any class or booking up to 8 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any fees.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 8 hours prior to the scheduled class start time will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
3. No Shows: Failure to attend a class without prior cancellation will result in at $20 no show fee.

All cancellations must be made through your online account on our website or through our mobile app. We do not accept email, text, or phone cancellations. We do, however, accept singing grams. :) 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure fair opportunities for all clients.

Membership Auto-Renewal and Cancellations

All memberships are set to auto-renew monthly. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.

• Cancellations must be sent to: info@cellevate.us
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused days after cancellation.
• If a payment fails and remains unpaid, your membership may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
