Yes. If a class is full, we encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist. You must have an available credit or membership to be added to the waitlist.

If you are added from the waitlist to the class, you will receive an automated e-mail or text message confirming you have been added. 

Once you have been added to a class, you are responsible for attending or cancelling.

Yes. Cellevate provides towels to guests as a complimentary service. To help minimize costs and reduce waste, we ask that you please limit towel usage to one towel per visit.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled breathwork and movement classes.  To ensure the quality of these curated experiences for members and guests, we do not accept late entries to these classes.   If you arrive late for our class, you are welcome to use that credit to enjoy our Contrast Cave or our Biotech Lounge (subject to availability).

*If this is your first time taking Ascension, however,  you must arrive 30 MINUTES EARLY. No exceptions.

Memberships may be cancelled directly on our app or on our website.

We value your time and ours. In the event of a no-show. Meaning you miss your scheduled session without prior notice. The session will be considered used and non-refundable. This helps us honor the time reserved for you and keep availability open for others.

We recommend enjoying our facilities phone free and phones may be kept in one of our secured lockers.  We do, however, allow guests to bring their phone into our contrast cave to listen to your music or meditation, or to take a photo of yourself in our Contrast Cave.  

As this is a communal space, we kindly ask that you please be respectful of the privacy of other guests. And if you do take a photo and share it on social media, please be sure to tag us: @cellevate_together 🙂

The minimum age requirement for Cellevate’s services is 12 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. For guests under 16 years of age, we recommend consulting with a licensed health care professional before using the Sauna. Cellevate cannot be held liable for negligent misuse of our services or facilities.

We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to get comfy and settled.

If this is your first time taking Ascension, you MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR  TO THE SCHEDULED START TIME. During this time, our facilitators will walk you through everything you need to know about our breathwork practices and what to expect.   

Once you have attended an Ascension class, you are set for all future classes.  Simply arrive, get comfortable, and drop in without having to listen to the same instructional talk every time.  Of course, if you’d ever like a refresher, you are always welcome to arrive 30 minutes early for class and drop in with our facilitator and first-timers.

Do I still need to arrive 30 minutes early for Ascension if I’ve done breathwork outside of Cellevate or taken another breathwork class at Cellevate?  Yes. No exceptions.

Cellevate provides towels, lockers, plenty of bathrooms and dressing rooms, vitamin C rinse showers in our contrast cave, custom soundscapes, ultra-filtered and enhanced structured water for optimal cellular hydration, and EMF blocking technology throughout our facilities.

Dress comfortably for our movement and breathwork classes.  If you plan to use our contrast cave, bring your swimsuit or arrive wearing it.  For our Ascension breathwork and plunge class, many guests choose to wear their swimsuit under their clothing to more conveniently move into the plunge portion of the class. 

Bring a water bottle to fill with our free reverse osmosis filtered, remineralized, and restructured Kangen water bottle filler.

Not at all. All of our offerings are beginner-friendly and guided by experienced facilitators. Whether you're brand new or returning to your practice, you're welcome to come as you are.

We recommend bringing a water bottle and comfortable clothing you can move in. Everything else will be provided.

Absolutely, you can come solo. Cellevate is designed for both individual reflection and group energy. Many guests come alone and leave feeling deeply connected.
