Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna & Jacuzzi

Each Contrast Cave session includes access to our large, in-ground cold plunge and jacuzzi, as well as our 20+ person infrared sauna. Enjoy custom natural soundscapes as you flow freely between our pools and sauna for up to 60 minutes. Simply book a Contrast Cave session and use each amenity for as long as you'd like. Our facilitators are available to provide guidances and support.

Infrared Sauna

A full-spectrum infrared sauna session that promotes deep rejuvenation, detoxification, and cellular restoration. Relax, recharge , and renew from the inside out.

Frequency:  3-4 x per week

How do I book a Cold Plunge, Sauna, or Jacuzzi session?

Simply book a Contrast Cave session at the time of your choice. When you book our Contrast Cave, you get access to our Cold Plunge, Jacuzzi, and Infrared Sauna. The entire space is available for you to flow freely between each element for up to 60 minutes total.

What if this is my first time Cold Plunging?

Let one of our team members know when you arrive, and one of facilitators be there guide you, support you with proper breathing techniques, and help youfeel safe and supported. We've got you and you've got this!

Do you have showers and lockers?

Yes, we have Vitamin-C rinse showers next in our Contrast Cave so  you can conveniently rinse off immediately after exiting the pools and sauna. We also have plenty of lockers and several private dressing rooms and bathrooms where you can change clothes after your session.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, we provide 1 complimentary towel per guest.
