This community has been so healing for me. They helped me realize the kind of people and environment I want to surround myself with. And cold plunges are a whole different experience when done with a supportive community. The encouragement makes them feel so much easier and even enjoyable! I also had the chance to experience Mak's Shift class at the Be Your Best Wellness Fest. The way my body felt afterward was incredible: energized, calm, and filled with a light that radiated through my entire being. I’m beyond grateful that these amazing individuals are bringing Cellevate to the world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I’m so excited for Cellevate to open! The founders and this community they’ve helped create has had a huge impact on my life.
