Movement
Description

PRIMAL is a bodyweight, strength-based movement class that develops mobility, adaptability, and body awareness. The movement patterns are simple and athletic, designed to improve stability, coordination, and full-body integration while building strength that carries into everyday life. It also incorporates simple, repetitive movements like pendulum swings, trunk twists, light bouncing, and draws from traditional Chinese practices to support circulation, reduce stiffness, and move energy through the body.

The result is a body that feels strong, capable, and responsive. Built through dynamic, animal-inspired movement, PRIMAL reconnects you to instinct, awareness, and the natural ways your body is meant to move.

Primal Movement FAQs

Do I need to be flexible or strong to join Primal?

Not at all. Primal is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are—strength, flexibility, and mobility will build naturally over time.

What makes this different from a standard fitness class?

Primal blends instinctual, grounded movement with music and breath—less about reps, more about reconnection to your body’s rhythm.

Is this class high intensity?

Not necessarily, it’s more about embodied intensity than cardio output. You’ll sweat, but you’ll also slow down and tune in.
